How it works

From craving to counter in three steps.

  1. Choose a branch and your items

    Open your cafeteria in the UniDash app and browse the menu with photos and prices in Jordanian dinars. Add what you want, with your options and a note if you need one.

  2. Pick a pickup time and pay

    Take the recommended slot or schedule your order for later in the day. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where offered.

  3. Collect it at the counter

    Follow your order as it goes from Received to Preparing to Ready. We let you know when it's ready, and you collect it at the counter by showing your pickup code. Pickup only: UniDash does not deliver.

Drinkat is operated by شركة الحانوت للتموين والمواد الغذائية ذات مسؤولية محدودة (Amman, Jordan; Companies Control Department registration no. 83592), which sells the food and drinks and is the merchant for card payments. UniDash provides the ordering app.

If an item runs out, the cafeteria can offer you a replacement that never costs more, and nothing is swapped unless you accept it.

Payment

Pay in the app, securely.

  • Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD) and shown in full before you pay.
  • Pay by Visa or Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where offered.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Network International, and your bank may ask you to verify the payment (3-⁠D Secure).
  • UniDash never sees or stores your full card number.

Good to know.

What is UniDash?

UniDash is an app for ordering ahead from cafeterias in Jordan. You choose your items, pick a pickup time, pay in the app and collect your order at the counter. There is no delivery.

Which cafeterias can I order from?

Drinkat at Middle East University (MEU) and Airport Street (LTUC) in Amman, and at Hashemite University in Zarqa. The campus branches serve that university's students, and Airport Street is open to everyone.

Who can sign up?

Anyone aged 18 or older with an email address. Sign up in the app with your email address, and we email you a code to verify it before your first sign-in. University students sign up with their university email, which opens their campus cafeteria.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where offered. Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD) and shown in full before you pay, and card payments are processed securely by Network International.

Where can I get the app?

UniDash is coming to the App Store and Google Play. This page will link to both as soon as the app is available.

Does UniDash deliver?

No. UniDash is pickup only: you collect your order at the counter at the time you chose.
