Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your UniDash account and what happens to your data. It applies to the UniDash student app, published by Al Hujra Information Technology LLC, Amman, Jordan.

Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app (instant)

Open the UniDash app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right, "You").
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

Email support@unidash.food from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify it is you and delete the account, typically within 30 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited, so redeem it before deleting.

What is deleted vs. kept

Login, name, email, student number, push token	Deleted immediately
Your wallet transaction ledger	Deleted
Order records	Anonymised: kept for accounting/dispute-resolution but no longer linked to you
